Referring back to imagery I have done with ink on paper, encaustic and then a print while keeping the same reference points in mind, I started this painting yesterday, doing some more today. Not finished but I am slowly realising I do need to just paint what comes naturally rather than images I think people would like to have on their lounge room walls.

A week home and drawing again. I attempted last week but fitting back into this time zone got me a little. Anyway Jude had us drawing still life with perspective in mind. A bit loose but freeing and so good to draw again.
