This building was extravagant and beautiful. Architect for the building facing Copley square was Charles McKim built in the 1820s. Murals on level one in the stairwell by Pierre Puvis de Chavannes. Murals in the waiting room by an illustrator named Edwin Austin Abbey and John Singer Sargent's work is on the upper level.
